DANA deposit and withdrawal

Virtual-account (VA) deposits provide a direct bank-to-virusjp transfer route without intermediary e-wallet services. When you request a deposit via VA, our system generates a unique account number under your chosen bank (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, or BNI). You then transfer funds from your personal bank account to that generated VA number using your bank's mobile app or ATM. The transfer is completed in real-time or within 1–2 hours, depending on your bank and the time of day. Our system automatically credits your virusjp account upon receipt; no manual confirmation is needed. VA deposits are ideal for larger amounts (up to our welcome offer per transaction) and avoid the daily limits that e-wallets impose. For withdrawals via VA, request a payout and specify the destination bank account you wish to use. VA withdrawals are processed daily, typically between 09:00 and 16:00 Jakarta time. Once processed, funds are transferred to your account; settlement time depends on whether you are withdrawing within the same bank (instant to 1 hour) or to a different bank (1–3 business hours). Always ensure the bank account you link matches the name on your virusjp KYC; mismatches will delay processing. If you do not remember your VA number, generate a new one in the "Deposit" section of your dashboard — old VA numbers remain valid for 30 days.

Fees, limits and verification

virusjp does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; all transactions are free from our side. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may apply charges during settlement — typically our welcome offer–10,000 for transfers. These fees are the provider's responsibility and are separate from virusjp. Deposit minimums start at our welcome offer, and maximums vary by method: DANA our welcome offer, OVO our welcome offer, GoPay our welcome offer, and bank VA our welcome offer. Your personal daily and monthly limits are set during account setup based on your verification tier. Standard accounts have lower limits; once you complete full KYC (identity document + proof of address + selfie), your limits increase. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours. During the process, you may be asked for additional documents if our system flags any inconsistencies. All verification is subject to standard industry checks; fraudulent or false documents will result in account suspension. Resolving a stalled transaction
